Excellence In Science
Our Medical Filaments
Engineered to exceed standard regulatory demands, NOVUS manufactures medical-grade 3D printing filaments for both short-term device contact and long-term implantation. Produced in ISO 13485 cleanroom conditions and tested in accordance with ISO 10993 and USP Class VI, our high-precision materials enable the direct additive manufacturing of bioresorbable scaffolds, orthopedic prosthetics, and permanent surgical implants with guaranteed biological safety and mechanical integrity.
Dental Application Medical Filament

PETG for dental applications is the only FDM filament available in VITA shades for teeth and also gingiva shades based on Shofu Gumy, making it a unique and top-tier choice for dental professionals. Additionally, PETG is a cost-effective option that delivers high performance without compromise.
Annealing Starting Kit
The Starting Kit is a revolutionary solution designed to address the common issue of edge wrapping in implants during the annealing process. The Starting Kit ensures optimal results and prevents edge wrapping, providing a reliable and efficient solution for manufacturing high-quality implants. It includes medical grade quartz sand, medical grade steel box and medical grade steel lid.

How to use
1. Prepare the Starting Kit
Place the implant securely in the steel box. Pour in medical-grade quartz sand until the implant is fully covered.
2. Secure the Kit
Fit the steel lid tightly over the sand-filled box.
3. Annealing Process
Transfer the sealed box to the annealing equipment. Apply the recommended time and temperature for your implant type.
4. Successful Results
After annealing, ensure no sand particles remain on the surface. The implant is now ready for further processing or sterilization, with no edge wrapping.
