AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Novus Life Sciences (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the novusls.com website as well as any other media form, media channel or mobile website related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site(s)”).

By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to be bounded by these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, you may not use the Sites. We recommend that you keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference and that you review these Terms and Conditions each time you use the Sites to order products from us. These Terms and Conditions can be saved electronically or printed by all users of the Sites.

USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
The Sites may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in blogs, message boards, online forums, emails, and other functionality, and may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Sites, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, reviews, ratings, comments, suggestions, or personal information or other material (collectively, “Contributions”).

Any use of the Sites in violation of the foregoing violates these Terms and Conditions and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Sites.

We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Contributions. We are not liable for any statements or representations in your Contributions provided by you in any area on the Sites.

For your easy accessibility, we may include links to other websites that are owned or operated by third parties (the “External Site”) to which this Terms and Conditions does not apply. Each third party has its own privacy practices and we are not responsible or liable to any practices or content of any External Site. Therefore, you should review and agree to that External Site’s rule of use before using such website. We shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising from your access or inability or access to External Site.
NOTIFICATIONS
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on or through the Sites infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please immediately notify via email at info@novusls.com.
TERM AND TERMINATION
We may, with or without cause, immediately modify or terminate these Terms and Conditions and deny your access to the Sites. Without limiting the foregoing, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your right to access the Sites in the event that you breach these Terms and Conditions or engage in conduct that we, in our sole discretion, considers unacceptable. If these Terms and Conditions are terminated, you will no longer be authorized to access the Sites. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademarks, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Applicable Laws and General shall survive any termination of these Terms and Conditions.
