ISO cleanroom certification
Our production facilities meet ISO 14644-1 Class 5 (Class 100) standards, with most process areas maintained at Class 6 (Class 1,000). This controlled environment ensures standardised, contamination-free production of medical grade filaments and implant components that meet the stringent requirements of hospital procurement and regulatory bodies worldwide.

R&D to Industrial Scale
Our scientists and engineers specialise in biomaterial synthesis and nano-coating technology, translating laboratory protocols into validated production SOPs. With both research and manufacturing equipment on-site in Hong Kong, we accelerate the journey from innovation to market-ready medical grade products — a process that in conventional pharmaceutical or device manufacturing can take years.

One-Stop Medical Device Production
Each Novus facility supports full-cycle medical device manufacturing and packaging, with in-house quality assurance including Tyvek seal peel testing to ensure product integrity during transport and storage. This end-to-end capability means hospitals and distributors receive products that are ready for clinical use upon arrival.

In-House Ethylene Oxide Sterilization
To guarantee patient safety, Novus performs in-house ethylene oxide (EtO) sterilisation as a standard part of our production SOP. This in-house capability minimises contamination risk at every stage and eliminates the delays and traceability gaps associated with third-party sterilisation providers.
